Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mail box to another, create mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your mailboxes against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mailboxes against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming e-mails based on specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a filter for any of your email accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
